Our dining experiences are the perfect opportunity to treat your taste buds to the true flavours of Cambodia, an under-appreciated cuisine rich in balanced flavours. Veasna is a trained Cambodian chef with a passion for great food, and for sharing that food with visitors and hosts together with his partner Niall. We keep numbers limited to keep the quality high, and you might be dining privately or in a group of up to 6 depending on demand.
Cambodian food tends to be served 'family style' so rather than 'starter', 'main course' etc we serve a selection of freshly prepared dishes alongside real (award winning!) Cambodian rice. We use the best produce sourced locally and all authentic plus some extra little treats.
Example Menu included below but we often change this up depending on season, availability etc, and to keep things interesting! We are very adaptable to dietary requirements - just ask!

STARTER BITES
Khmer Pork in 'Kreung' served on Lemongrass Stick with Kampot style Pepper & Lime Dip
'Kreung' is the traditional Cambodian curry paste - made with very Cambodian ingredients (lemongrass/galangal/garlic/turmeric). This simple gives you a taste of this very Khmer balanced flavour - served with a tangy dip featuring the best pepper in the world!
MAIN MEAL (SERVED 'FAMILY STYLE')
Cambodian Steamed 'Amok' Curry served in a Coconut
This is the Cambodian national dish, served at very special occasions and featuring the richest of the countries flavours. This traditional thick yellow curry is steamed in a coconut shell to give the richest of flavours infused with strong coconut.
Chargrilled Aubergine and Pork
A simple dish offering incredible flavour, Aubergine is grilled and skinned and mixed with seasoned minced pork offering a smokey fragrant dish
Grilled River Fish with a Ginger and Tamarind sauce
River fish is the staple of Cambodia, and this carefully prepared dish shows off the delicate balance of Khmer food.
Stir Fried Cambodian Greens with garlic
Vegetables cooked al dente in a simple garlic and chilli soy marinade
Cambodian Steamed Jasmine Rice
Winner of the 'Best Rice in the World' at the Annual World Rice Conference! We have sourced Cambodian rice here in Dublin to offer you an authentic taste of the country - believe me you can taste the difference!
DESSERT
Homemade Khmer Sticky Rice Balls in a Ginger Syrup
These are homemade by making a rice flour and then moulding balls with a bean filling and cooked in a ginger palm sugar syrup, served with coconut cream and chopped peanuts
