Fusina was very nice and we had a good time but not sure if we got everything included in the dinner. We only made 2 pancakes for 5 people and there were a few other things missing from what was written in the menu. Don't think this was worth $98 per person even though what we did have was very good.

Fusina was a joy to spend the morning walking the markets and visiting about the local culture, cuisine and history. Well worth the value for the money.

Fusina was a lovely host and lots of fun to spend time and share a delightful traditional Dutch dinner with. She is a very down to earth person and obviously loves food just as much as we do. She even let us help prepare real Dutch pancakes under her direction. I had been hoping to figure out a good recipe for them anyway so it was a real bonus to have someone show me directly how to make them.
We'd recommend any of her classes to get a local's perspective on traditional Dutch cuisine.
