Join me at the local brewery in Brixton for a hands-on cooking class using little-known ingredients, such as cassava, cocoyams or bitterleaf. As we cook, we’ll walk through the cultural origins and meanings behind the dishes we make together. I look forward to sharing some nibbles and my unique Cameroonian sauces with you throughout the lesson.
You'll learn the basic staples, how to identify the best quality ingredients, along with alternative ways to introduce new ingredients to your daily diet. I'll give an introduction to spices and the easy street food you can make at home.
There will be enough food for you to nibble on throughout the cooking class and more for you to bring back home and try with your love ones!
