4 tapas from the followings, depending on the season: Salmorejo or Gazpacho, Spanish potatoe omelette (Tortilla de patata),
Spinach with chickpeas (Espinacas con Garbanzos), Huevos a la flamenca, Iberian pork or Ox cheeks stew (Carrillada),
Codfish fritters (buñuelos de bacalao), Shrimps in garlic oil (gambas al ajillo)...
Home made sangria and table olives are served during the class.
Up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer) during the dinner.
A glass of Pedro Ximenez for dessert.

My husband and I really enjoyed this event. We had fun and learned a lot, and the dinner we made together was delicious! It was also fun to meet the other guests, as everyone at the was interesting to chat with. Highly recommended!

Our tour of Triana Market with Pablo and cooking with Victor was a highlight of our Seville trip. Triana Market is a real market where locals shop. Pablo showed us where to buy award winning Spanish smoked paprika, saffron, and olive oil. Victor was an excellent instructor. It was fun learning to cook some traditional Spanish dishes. And even more fun to eat them! Highly recommend this.

Very good quality. The paella is popular but I think very difficult to repeat.
