Excellent! She was a wonderful host and instructor. We learned 5 sauces, and the tastings were generous enough for a meal. Recommend!

I scheduled the Soufflé class for myself and my 15yr old daughter. We had a most amazing experience. francoise was warm and welcoming. She was patient and funny as well as so knowledgeable able cooking techniques and where to find tasty treats and ingredients in Paris. We learned how to make a delicious meal and will definitely plan another class on our next visit to Paris.

The meal was fantastic and Francoise's apartment is beautiful. The group size did not lend itself to being very helpful with the cooking though.
