Awesome Experience. Maria is an incredibly warm host. World class chef and a Sevillana. With over 20 years in the restaurant business, she now pursues her passion for hospitality and creating wonderful culinary experiences. I'll return to Sevilla soon just to have the opportunity to have dinner at Maria's house

Let me start by saying that this was unique and one of the best things we did in Spain. There are other paella making classes, but NONE of them will give you this experience. It was more than just learning to cook delicious paella (which it was), or sangria (also delicious), Maria really went the extra mile in making us feel welcome into her home and to give us a wonderful time. She had prepared several small portions of traditional Spanish foods for us to try that were ready to enjoy at different parts of the cooking process, which was comprehensive and informative. There was even an olive oil taste test! She also made an effort to get to know us and talk about her life too, so an experience that could have been awkward was so comfortable I left feeling like I had visited an aunt from out of town. Maria was a great host and of all the things we did in Spain I think this will be the one I remember most fondly. I could not recommend this experience more highly. Do it, you won't regret it!
