I love the classic cuisine and old recipes that I cook in my own way.
I like to cook with fresh wild herbs and mushrooms that I collect far from any street.
Otherwise, the food comes from my brother's organic farm in Styria or the farmer's market.
Since my partner is vegetarian, there is always a vegetarian option.
The menue might change due to seasonal or unforeseen reasons, i.e. if I find something else very fresh and good at the market.
We will serve "à la française", the dishes will be served in bowls and everyone will serve her/himself at the table.
The wine comes from the winery of my sister and brother-in-law in Burgenland.
