Pumpkin cream with fresh cheese and red wine syrup or zucchini and tomatoes mashed served in a flute glass with ricotta fresh cheese, basil and pine nuts.
Fresh homemade pasta with vegetables (orecchiette alle cime di rapa), or Pesto made with the real marble mortar and pestle.
Risotto with red trevisano cooked in red wine with parmesan

To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my wife and I often travel overseas. That wasn't happening this year, so instead of going to Rome, we brought Rome to us. Sandra's online cooking class was exactly what we needed. Her cooking style was informative and entertaining. We learned so much about Italian cooking and really enjoyed conversing with Sandra. She was patient and cooked right along with us. It's hilarious to imagine people thousands of miles away holding up pans of tomato sauce to make sure they looked the same, but it works. We loved the class. The food was delicious. And, we'll definitely cook with Sandra again. Our hope is to one day do it with Sandra in Rome!

Sandra is the perfect host: funny, welcoming and professional at the same time! We entered her cozy house, where we toasted with beer and wine. Then we started the lesson: we learn how to make "Cavatelli, an easy to make kind of pasta which is not really well-known outside of Italy, but sooo delicious! Then we cooked different types of mussels and crustaceans... everything was so fresh and tasty! Her cooking class is a must in Rome!!

We had a wonderful time with Sandra learning to make pasta. Warm welcome, generous hospitality, local knowledge, delicious food and lots of laughs. Would highly recommend this special homely cooking experience.

We spent an unforgettable evening with Sandra, no words to describe how lovely she is, in addition to be such a good cooker. My partner and I had a "particular cooking and speaking lesson". We learnt some wonderful Italian recipes that we're willing to make at home as soon as possible. The coolest part was to speak half Italian half English and suddenly both at times. Mixing cultures and experiences always make you richer. If you're wondering to try this experience in Rome, no doubts, YOU HAVE TO.
