What a fantastic experience!! Jean-yves was wonderful, he took us through all the steps carefully and thoroughly, and I can't wait to try my version now that we're back home. The wine cellar/workroom that we were in was perfect; both intimate and inviting. I feel like I learned a lot of useful tips and took home some creative suggestions for myself. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

It was a very special evening in Paris. It was the birthday of my wife and we celebrated with wonderful people. The dinner was very special and amazing. We will never forget that evening
