Beetroot cooked in shitake & kombu stock topped with horseradish & matcha cream, shaved watermelon radish, beetroot & carrot gel.


Entree

Celeriac Risotto

Smoked barley risotto cooked in celeriac juice topped with baked celeriac root, celery hairs and fried sage leaves.


Dessert

Carrot Parsnip Cream Muffin

Carrot muffin served with parsnip cream, poached lotus root, rhubarb hibiscus marmalade and coconut poppy seed tuile.

Amazing vegan food! Best in LA I’ve had so far! Chef and sous chef were both very interactive with guests. Very attentive to all our needs too. Ambiance. Was on point, perfect combination with the food that was served. Simple and minimalist. Food. Very unique. Scrumptious. Delicious. Every bite tickled my taste buds. Sweet, sour, savory, salty, bitter. Elevated taste for each course served. Moti, the chef, made his own vegan cheese. I could say, he made the best vegan cheese. Better than popular brands out there. Definitely tasted like real cheese. Great work you guys! Looking forward to our next Sunday service!

I couldn’t be happier to have attended this event. The meal was fantastic! Every dish was so beautifully put together and delicious. I would love to attend all of Rama’s Kitchens future events!
