Arak beverage
Traditional Alcoholic Arak beverage or your choice of aperitif. You can also bring your favorite drink
Fresh Lebanese Pita Bread with ME bites
Comes with a variety of typical Middle Eastern flavored-bites that transport taste buds.
Baba Ghanouj ( Motabal)
Barbecued eggplants mashed with tahini sauce. Garnished with parsley and olive oil.
Fattoush
A savory mixture of fresh vegetables and greens, dressed in a zesty lime vinaigrette. Toasted with pieces of flat pita bread (Middle Eastern spiced crouton)
Herbed Labneh with Preserved Lemon and Walnuts
My version of labneh with herbs, serrano chile, olive oil, walnuts and a taste of garlic with sesame pita chips
Hummus
A garlicky lemony dip made from chickpeas. Garnished with olive oil, spices, and herbs. Prepared my way.
Ful Moddamas
A garlicky lemony Fava Beans made from scratch. Topped with tahini sauce, tomatoes, olive oil, and parsley
MAIN DISH: 1st option: Musakhan Chicken
Caramelized onions, sumac, and other special spices, virgin olive oil, crunchy almonds; all enveloped around nicely roasted chicken over MY freshly baked HOME-MADE BREAD
2nd. option: Meat / Chicken or Vegetarian KABSA
One of the national dishes of Jordan & Saudi Arabia. Made with chicken or meat, dried lime, special spices mix, basmati rice slivered almond and raisins for garnish
An option for vegetarian: Rice Pilaf
Rice combined with corn, carrots, peas and other medleys of vegetables and special seasoning garnished with parsley and slivered almond
YOGURT CUCUMBER SALAD
The famous yogurt cucumber mint salad (my version). Perfect with Musakhan
Dessert: Lebanese Nights aka "Layali Lubnan"
An aromatic Lebanese dessert topped with fresh cream garnished with pistachio and serve with your taste of sugar syrup
ARABIC COFFEE OR HERBAL TEA
Arabic Coffee: Coffee beans grounded with some cardamom and boiled along together.
Herbal Tea: Black tea with your choice of mint/chamomile/cardamom/or cinnamon
