Thanks to Cristina I could taste dishes of the ancient persian tradition cooked with matchless patience and passion. Everything she does is infused with a great love for this beautiful country. The yellow of saffron, the red of pomegranate and then walnuts, pistachios, and many spices enrich the dishes with unique flavors and colors. Also the table setting recalls the ancient Persia with traditional objects. The explanations that Cristina gives about the making of the dishes are also very interesting. Last but not least the very beautiful location, a large and quiet outdoor space to enjoy an aperitif. Thanks Cristina, I'll be back soon to taste dishes that unfortunately cannot be found in our cities!

The experience I had at Cristina's house was really Amazing! I had a wonderful time. Everything was beyond my expectations: the food was delicious, well prepared, well made and tasty. Every dish had a delicate and peculiar taste, which reminded me about the East (she used pomegranate, saffron, rice, persian herbs, chickpea...). Besides I have appreciated not only the food, but the location too! We had lunch outside in her countryside surrounded by trees, flowers and bushes. It is hard to tell which dish I liked the most...all of them were really tasty. However I would recommend the chicken nuggets with pomegranate and walnut puree served with rice. Last but not least: Cristina did a great job in explaining every dish thanks to the years she spent in Iran.
