Vitel Tone

Hailing originally from Italy, where it is called vitello tonnato, this dish is made with a very unusual combination of flavors that is sure to entice your palate.
It includes veal or beef of eye round (depending on your preference), tuna belly, mayonnaise and capers.

Main Course

Lomo al Champignon

Beef tenderloin braised in wine with mushrooms and cipollini onions
This dish comes to us by way of France, a variation on the traditional boeuf bourguignon
Made either whole and braised, for a celebration for many people or cut in individual pieces for a quick one pan dish

Root vegetable puree

(depending on market availability it could be made with celery root, sunchokes or parsnips)


Seasonal salad, totally dependent on what's available at the farmer's market that week


Quince paste with Gruyere

An Argentine traditional dessert,
offered throughout Argentina in many variations

Dulce de Leche Crepes

Also coming to Argentina by way of France, thin crepes filled with dulce de leche, the quintessential Argentine sweet caramel

Chef Daniel was an amazing instructor with a LOT of patience. He had a lot of skills to teach us and was able to answer all our questions and demonstrate his many different skills. I ordered this cooking class for a group of 9 girls, and everyone was very impressed with Chef Daniel and would be interested in taking another class from him. I highly recommend his services!

We had a truly wonderful evening with Daniel for his Spanish paella and tapas cooking class. The class was held in a spacious, lovely loft in downtown la. Daniel gave us a memorable cooking class. As delicious as the meal that we made was, the highlight for me was Daniel’s outstanding teaching style and his deep knowledge of the cooking process. Things I’ve done in the kitchen for years without knowing exactly why….he explained. An outstanding education for any foodie or amateur chef. Once the meal was made, we sat down to a lovely meal. Daniel is also a gracious host, throwing together some impromptu snacks with bits left over from the planned meal. In sum, 5 star class, 5 star meal, and 5+ star host

Chef Daniel was BEYOND amazing! He was so professional, kind, and enthusiastic about teaching us (even though he’s probably taught this menu a million times already!). The best thing about Chef Daniel was seeing his pure love of cooking. We were lucky enough to chat with him about his life’s trajectory, and he shared why cooking means so much to him. The joy & passion were clear, and it created an incredibly inviting environment. His kitchen is fabulous and he made us feel so at home with his warmth. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!!

Chef Daniel is an inspirational chef and an amazing teacher. Not only do you learn to make delicious meals from around the world but you also get a history lesson and learn practical techniques in the kitchen. He uses high quality ingredients to prepare delicious 5 course meals and offers a wide variety of cuisines. I highly recommend his courses.
