In entire my life, food has always been crucial. I still remember when one of my best friend suggested me almost 20 years ago, to go for a chef’s career. I must admit he was right. In fact, after having obtained my Law Degree I felt the necessity to explore my food passion and the need to study and then apply to my daily life, the Macrobiotic footprint. After years of studies and passions finally I work as Chef, a wonderful job in which, my Italian roots provides my taste and fantasy while my professionality is guiding my hands. We are what we eat and I love to take care of all my diners as I take care of me and my girlfriend Aga.
