I love my job in it' s every single aspect, starting from experiments with color, texture, flavor combinations to administrative work, like organizing kitchen processes and ensuring warehouse occupancy.
Each meal I prepare is a journey through the places that he loves most - filled with complex and approachable spices that make for a one of a kind dining experience.
