I liked cooking since I was five years old and assisted my mother in the kitchen. Perhaps it's in the genes, because my grandmother and great-grandmother were both chefs.
Following their path I finished cooking school. I worked in various restaurants, but I like most Japanese cuisine – in particular sushi. I am from Lithuania, but currently live in Norway, Oslo. I would like to share my passion, knowledge and ability with VizEat guests and the best way to do it is to try my sushi.
