Having grown up in Asia I have been surrounded by tastes, smells and colours of all sorts of food.
Over the years I have lived and travelled around the world and have acquired so many combinations of tastes, textures that may not always be present in Asian cooking. I feel privileged to share my passion with my guests and take them on a culinary journey of discovery of both Thai and Indian cuisine.
