Good food is my passion, my reason of life. I'm an ex IT project manager and I put in my kitchen the same precision and attention I used with my previous job.
But cooking let me also use my fantasy and creativity and also pairing my great food with good wines.
Usually I cook Italian or traditional dishes but I'm open to new experiments.
I like pasta and risotti, but also tasty and braised meats, fish and fancy desserts.

We had a wonderful evening learning, cooking and eating. Francesca taught us how to make 3 different pastas. Once prepared and cooked she sat us down for a 3 course (all pastas!) meal. Each course was paired with wine and was our best meal in Rome. I highly recommend cooking class with Francesca!

We had a fabulous night with Mama Francesca in her beautiful kitchen/apartment. She was really good at explaining the history and culture of the pasta. Francesca showed us how to prepare the food and guide us guidance as needed. A wonderful evening. Just waiting for her to email the recipes - can't wait to try them on our own!!

This was such a fun class! And the best food we have ever eaten! We would love to come back some day and take her class again! Highly recommend!

Had such a great time with Francesca. One of the highlights of our trip to Rome. Inspired us to buy a pasta maker!
