I love dancing, and I'm studying belly dancing. I love chatting and travelling. I love my children and my house, and I maniacally take care my sourdough, the heart of many of my dishes! I love the sea and winter Sundays spent on the couch with the remote in my hand and a good tea. I love the bike and the rider who takes me with him on the motocross rides. Wow, how do I begin? Patrizia was the perfect ending to our trip in Firenze. She had no problem putting our two kids to work in the kitchen immediately. They loved the fact that they were able to help make the food that they also got to eat. We all learned the art of making the perfect ravioli while having a wonderful time with Patrizia. We had a spectacular meal and got to meet some new people too. We shared some great wine, some amazing pasta (that we made) and a spectacular dessert all while talking with Patrizia. By the end of the night she was like family. Thank you Patrizia!!! I highly recommend booking Patrizia. She was fun, energetic and an amazing chef as well!

We did the cooking class and dinner with Patrizia, and it was a terrific experience from beginning to end. Patrizia is passionate and knowledgeable about Italian food, and she is generous in sharing all of that with us. Everything was done from scratch and using simple but honest and precise materials (eg special flour for pasta). The hands-on cooking process means that we will have a higher chance of remembering what we learned too. Thank you Patrizia!
