I'm a professional chef, originally from Sardinia, graduated at the Chef Academy. I work everyday in the kitchen and i never get tired or bored because i love food and i mix up my roots with the rest of the world. I like to share with people my knowledge and passion, telling the goodness of Italian cuisine and discovering the differences between the cultures. For ethical and tasteful choice I use only seasonal and local products, I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many spices and herbs.
