Born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. I grew up half of the time in the kitchen of my mothers restaurant. How creative and multicultural the menus get currently, I have always been passionate about the traditional dishes that have been passed on from generation to generation, respecting and searching for the original recipes and ingredients. With this motivation and background, I want to give Bostonian's a full experience that you can not find anywhere outside the small country of Belgium.
