Cooking is not my only passion, goes hand in hand with the love for nature, flowers and everything the Earth gives us galore. That's why I take care with dedication of a veg garden that day by day looks closer to heaven on Earth. Before cooking I go in the garden, I collect what I find and prepare my dishes locally, exclusively in season, of course. See sticking out from land plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables gives me a unique satisfaction, it makes me feel rich, healthy, as well as fill the eyes of beauty and nose of delicious smells. I live at Olgiata, a green oasis on the border between town and country, in an old farmhouse, home of my courses and culinary events. The kitchen is the heart of my home, the table the stage on which comes to life the show of food. I love making people feel welcome, cared for, comfortable as if they were at home and share with their histories, cultures, tastes, abilities but especially enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.
