I ́m an economist, but also a chef passionate about food culture on. I ́m Galician, but living in Sevilla for the last 10 years. I've studied for 2 years in a gastronomy school, worked for six months in a restaurant called “ElContenedor” in Sevilla and currently giving workshop about local and international food and homemade bread.
I travel a lot and always looking for digging into the gastronomy culture. I am also currently an airbnb host and I often invite my guests to cook with me and have a lot of fun together so I have realize...why not extend this invitation to more travellers.
