I am Nadia Christina and come from Munich.
I graduated in Business Administration and Economics in Munich, Germany, with a degree in tourism.
Since then, I have been working with several companies of high-end segment hospitality. My work consists in customizing and optimizing the guests’ holidays in every detail, especially regarding the realization of business incentives at the Amalfi Coast, in Apulia, Cilento, Calabria, Lazio and Cinque Terre in Liguria .
I am a professional Olive Oil Sommelière, ethologis expert in Mediterranean cuisine and its ingredients.
I am fluent in German, Spanish, Italian and English, and I speak a few words of French.
I love classic cars and motorcycles, the “Bon Vivre” and everything that contributes to regain the most precious element in life: time.
My way of cooking is above all a treasure chest full of emotions and passions.
I offer a constantly changing menu; all my dishes are exclusively based on seasonality and - where possible- strictly composed by local products. It will be a pleasure to discuss, exchange ideas and tastes – as it has always been the original intent – and so decide together a menu based on ingredients that I’ll later search and choose freshly for you in the nearby markets. Everything will be prepared from scratch a few hours before dinner or shortly before sitting down at table.
Each one of my tables presents a complete traditionally Italian sequence of courses from entrance to dessert, with wine pairings, which are selected in an accurate and wisely administered manner.
The food’s neutraceutical and heath aspects are the key part of my passion.
For all preparations I avail myself of a big and perfectly equipped kitchen; I prepare most of the Pasta-specialties on my own and from scratch, be it fresh, dried or filled pasta; moreover I carefully choose the flour types with the most suitable grain for that purpose: Tumminìa, Maiorca, Rosìa, Jervicella, Solina, Saragolla, Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, all possibly stoneground.
Almost all dishes are personal creations that are rigorously based on the principles of Mediterranean Cooking.
My dinner-events take place in very spacious locations of particular elegance, charm and enjoyment. The table’s place settings are synonymous with both elegance and simplicity: you’ll find my personal table linens, fine porcelain dishware, design silverware and glassware .
