I'm a Tunisian-Israeli paleo chef, a pit-master who loves to cook and hike in nature.
My food is based on nose-to-tail & farm-to-table as guidelines for life & kitchen.
My hobbies include hiking in Israel. I know almost every river, stream or lake that exist here. Every time I hike I cook on the roads. My cooking methods are smoking, grilling, and poyke. I use fresh ingredients and special spices. This way I manage to combine the love for land and my passion for creating good meat and healthy food.

good vibes, good environment, great hospitality, neat, clean, aesthetic.
very good variety of smoked meats and very impressive style of serving.
serving sizes was just enough for each person.
however, the wine only one glass per person .. extra glass for Nis. 20/- two simple salads, some pickles.

we were diappointed from the food and the sitting.
It was crowded and the table was nice but not amazing as we experience at anther eatwith hosts.
the bathroom was not clean.
they didn't mention that the wine and beer are only one glass.
