I've cooked outside for nearly two decades. Starting with a gas grill on a beach-side deck, I slowly moved up the ladder through different vehicles and fuels. Gas, coal, wood. Classic BBQ, Santa Maria and now Wood Oven. I learned that with each evolution, I learned more and more, and in each case, my favorite step was putting the time in to learn. In my last stage, I worked with the artisan who built my oven - A Sicilian who builds ovens in Santa Barbara, to learn how to truly cook with fire. It's been a beautiful journey, and one that I share often with friends and family. I feel like it's time to share with others I haven't met yet.

Best kept pizza secret in Los Angeles. A truly magical experience dinning outside against the flower filled mountainside. The wood fire oven was mesmerizing and the food was seriously AMAZING!!!...
