The meal was delicious and authentic! Everything was flavorful and you could taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients used, from the tomato paste, to the eggplants and other veggies, to the unforgettable parmesan. Yes, the eggplant parmesan was definitely the highlight of the lunch, together with the rich, extra chocolatey dessert. A perfect mix. The company was also great, friendly people who were just as enthusiast about the meal. The location was cozy and the host was so hospitable, friendly and kind that she definitely made you feel like at home!

The lunch was spectacular! The eggplant parmesan was one of the best I've ever had - fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning! Marissa is not just a chef, she also lived in Italy for many years, so she's got the Italian cooking down to perfection. The guests were fantastic - great conversation. The entire atmosphere was welcoming, and the table setting was beautiful. This was a 5-star, 3-course meal - for a fraction of what you'd pay in a restaurant sitting by yourself or with just your own group. I highly recommend any meal with Marissa!
