Thanks to my parents I learned to make pasta with passion. Today I opened my pasta Laboratory and I was very surprised to have been named among "the best 10 Pastificio in Rome" . I have also been reviewed on the prestigious " Il Gambero Rosso" guide from 2017. I've been inspired by the pasta my grandmother used to make in the kitchen when I was a child. It was a really magical pasta and when I tried to make it, I realized that I would have loved to teach how to make this special pasta. Today I realized this dream in my Pastificio, thus transmitting all the love and passion of my family.

I attended the cooking class with my boyfriend and it was a really nice experience! We were sharing the class with 8 other people but everybody had enough space to make their own pastas in the lab. We made ravioli and tortellini (pasta and garniture) and fettuccine. On the side Emanuele and his assistant prepared a tomato sauce and gave us the recipie. Emanuele showed us and explained us every steps of the reciepes and came to check everyone. At the end, we all ate together while having white and red wine. Emanuele is a really nice host and teacher that explains clearly, make a bit of humor and appreciate to have a little chat at the end of the lesson. I highly recommend this class.

Emmanuele's experience is the best thing I did in Rome. He had the group make ravioli and fettuccine and taught us how to make some sauces. Everything was out of this world delicious. He gave me insight into what true Italian home cooking was and how Italians can eat pasta all the time. He was a very good teacher and was able to break everything down into an easily comprehensible lesson. The dinner after was lovely too with great conversation. I would wholly recommend this experience to other visitors!
