I am a classically trained chef with Michelin experience who runs a weekly supper club from my apartment in East Dulwich. We serve a tasting menu of 8 courses or more, inspired by my Greek heritage, my time spent living in Japan and my travels around the world. Our menu changes with the seasons, making the most of what is around right now. Drinks are BYOB excluding a welcome drink on arrival and tea/coffee at the end of the meal.
