Shira received her culinary arts degree from the distinguished Culinary Institute of America. She has worked as a saucier at Jean George's ABC kitchen, Danny Meyer's Marta Manhattan, and as a part of the production team at Blue Hill Farm in Tarrytown NY. After being immersed in the NYC restaurant scene, Shira became a private chef, catering to domestic as well as international clients. Upon moving to Tel Aviv, Shira helped open one of the most elegant and anticipated plant-food based restaurants in Israel. Shira enjoys hosting in her unique Florentine home and curating deeply satiating and nourishing culinary experiences.
Ben, Shira's husband, is a nutritionist, violinist, and massage therapist who enjoys hosting with Shira. Ben will be performing a short concert after each event.
