Private dinners in atypical spots Nhomade is a very particular and unique culinary experience on the fine dining scene. Hey ! We are Matan and Baptiste two Michelin trained chefs and founders of “Nhomade” a brand new and creative supperclub in the heart of the French capital ! Our adventure started when we met while cooking at the 3 stars restaurant 'Le V', George V Paris. After a couple years working in gastronomic restaurants we decided to gather our passion and love for the French terroir to create a unique experience. Our identity our signature. Baptiste ex-chemist loves to experiment with new flavors and processes to surprise his guests' palate. Opposite to that Matan influenced by his travels and his Franco-Israeli background loves to emphasize the product and focus on its simplicity. Our inspirations comes with only seasonal products. Foragers, farmers,… we love producers that have stories to tell and promote short food circuits. Join us for our 9-courses tasting menu with wine pairings in the “Galerie des Photographes” a trendy art gallery in the historic neighbourhood of Bastille. Régalade visuelle et gustative. Tout est subtilement pensé... des recettes sophistiquées et succulentes à la vaisselle en céramique unique en passant par la présentation originale des mets. (je ne vous spoile pas, je vous laisse le soin de découvrir). Une super expérience à absolument tester si vous êtes à Paris. Pour découvrir une exposition, des convives de tout horizon, des goûts qui titillent vos papilles, vous serez servis !! Un grand merci à Matan et Baptiste, deux jeunes chefs au top 👌

Can’t recommend this highly enough. The quality of the food was outstanding, but even more impressive was the overall hospitality. This is the sixth dinner of this type that I’ve done and this was one of, if not the best dinners I’ve had. I plan to join these hosts again as soon as I can get back to Paris.
