Over the last 4 years, I’ve been travelling and working as a chef/cook/food enthusiast. It’s taken me from London to Melbourne, across Central America and Denmark. Unfortunately I don’t have a romantic story of how I grew to love food. But, I’ve learnt to accept that’s actually a good thing & roll with my endless curiosity for all things edible. Aside from venturing to markets and obscure supermarkets for fun (and research), I practice yoga and meditation regularly and love a good exhibition. I try to get out and surround myself with greenery or the ocean at least once every two weeks and am an avid lover of sunshine, although the moon is pretty cool too.

From the moment I came in I felt directly at home. In her beautiful 'Amsterdam' house Nina knows how to combine her love for food with coziness. The 3-course plant based dinner was absolutely delicious. It looked beautiful, was very rich in flavour and so tasty. It was definitely a culinary experience to remember and I highly recommend it.

Dinner at Nina's was a great experience. The food was clearly prepared with love and attention to detail, without overdoing it. Nina herself is not only a skilled chef but also a warm and humorous host. She immediately made me feel at home at her breathtaking canalside apartment. Alltogether an amazing evening and I'd definitely go again.
