94th was started in January of 2019 by John Eisele and McKayla Dietzen, along with our good friend Cameron Cavida. We met each other at the Culinary Institute of America, where we all have different backgrounds. McKayla is trained in baking and pastry, John in culinary arts and wine, and Cameron in culinary science. Although we work full time in the industry, we love the creativity and the intimacy of our pop up dinners. It allows us to interact with our guests, learn as cooks, and grow as people.
