I love traveling to new countrys all the time, to learn about culture and food and take inspiration from flavors to make the menu. I love spicy food, desserts with unfamiliar flavors, fermentation.
Wow! What an unforgettable evening, Elias and Gabby, thank you so much! The food was absolutely divine, every single morsel of it and the wine pairing was spot on too, Gabby. You are both clearly very passionate about what you do and it was evident from the minute I walked through the door.
