I have been living in my second hometown Xishuangbanna,Yunnan China since 1995. It is located in the Golden triangle area in the South East Asia. I gained my flora knowledge during my trekking guide years. Benefiting with the abandant sup-tropical vegetations, slowly I developed a sort of very intereting unique cooking style. Most of the times I cook with my intuitation without a recipe, I am surprised by the misterious chemical reaction with my own creation. Normally I used very little oil and salt in my food, I just try my best to emphasize the orginal flavour of food itself. I love to share with you with my cooking.
