Born and raised in San Francisco, I have always been surrounded my international and seasonal cooking. I have been living in Berlin for 5 years working as a chef in both the city and also on farms in Brandenburg. My style of food is bold, yet simple and also organic/locally sourced. Apart from living in Berlin, I have spent various months in France, Italy, Mexico, Italy and Sri Lanka. Traveling is the way I have learned how to cook so my food is always a fusion of flavors from my travels. My home is also where I started to cook, my dinner parties became infamous throughout the city so it is very important I welcome guests into my home so they can get a full dining experience. My dinners are first and foremost fun. They are a social event, a place to eat, drink, talk and laugh around a beautiful table.
